Pine House (2014)

80 sqm apartment renovation in Tel-Aviv.

The apartment, built in 1964 as part of a social housing complex in Tel-Aviv, was composed of 3 bedrooms, a small kitchen and a wide hallway between them. 

 

In the new plan the kitchen, hallway and one room were joined into a wide living space, now open to the balcony. The demolished walls were replaced with wooden panels as a reminder of the original floor plan.
